- Talent Indentification & Management – We work with retained clients to trawl the market for the best talent and then manage the longer term recruitment. This can be for up and coming talent to future CEO’s. It is our responsibility to deliver you talent and keep you focused on your business
- Graduate Recruitment & Internships – We represent you on campus to select the most appropriate students that aims are aligned to your business. We save you significant time and effort and assist with the mentoring and preparation of the students induction & exit from your environment
- Subscription Service – For businesses with high staff turnover or seasonal use, we allow you to pay an annual fee with monthly installments to smooth your cashflow.
- Project Recruitment – Whether your taking on a new client, opening a new facility or expanding interstate, we manage the people side of the project. We design a fixed fee and work to agreed key performance indicators. Our aim is to be seamless in the project and allow you to deliver on time.
- Internal Promotions / Job Boards – we manage your internal recruitment and promotion system. We remove the angst amongst the applicants and open up the opportunities to the internal market, whilst ensuring confidentiality. Our aim is to promote succession planning. This service is totally complimentary to our Career Management / Mentoring services.
