For some businesses the recruitment exercise can be very costly and so they choose to do it inhouse.  The trade off though can be time consuming and frustrating.  At Proactive we have developed the Pick & Pay Menu Service, designed for businesses that are comfortable undertaking part or all of the process but want to reclaim some valuable time.

Our Base Service is:                        $1,500 plus GST*

• We screen all enquiries
• We filter the CV's to only send you those that match, whether it is none or all of them
• We advise candidates that are unsuccessful
• We advise the candidates forward to you that you will be in contact
• We protect your brand & image
  
  * note if you prepay in blocks of 10 we can provide volume discounts and you have 10 months to use them.
